Collection Agency leaves a Crazy Answering Machine Message

A collection agency sends a text message to a regular phone, which is converted by the phone company to a voice, but the voice doesn't "read" the words out so much as spell out the entire message.....

"This message is for Carol Farley. If you are not this person, please delete this message as it is not for you. This is Chelsea with Enhanced Recovery Corporation. We are a collections agency attempting to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose."

Beware. From a search on the Internet, it appears that this company has hundreds of Internet and phone fraud claims against then. Never ever give out any personal information to them or any other entity that asks for personal information. I keep getting multiple calls a day from their auto dialing system asking for someone I don't know. I've asked to stop calling multiple times, but it doesn't stop. Some days I have more than 5 voicemail messages left by their dialing system, most of them unintelligible. My next move is to report them to Better Business Bureau and both the States Attorney Generals' offices of their corporate headquarters (Florida) and my home State.
