I've received 4-5 calls from this number since I had an AT&T U-Verse technician here to fix a TV problem two days ago. Like another person who commented below, if I had known that it was AT&T, I would have answered the phone. But, when I see an ID that reads "TOLL FREE CALL," of course I'm going to assume that it's SPAM and ignore the call. No message is left, which I suppose is because it's an automated call, not a "live" call from a "real" person. I called back twice, and it IS the number for AT&T's Customer Satisfaction Survey line, but for some reason, "it" didn't recognize my phone number, so I was unable to complete the survey. Too bad AT&T most likely doesn't see these messages. It would be helpful for the company to see what customers think about their practices. That said, I've had no problems with AT&T billing; the bill is always accurate, and my automatic payment always goes through. Have had a few problems with AT&T U-Verse TV plan, but AT&T always sends a technician the next day, and I've gotten a couple of upgrades at no cost.

They call and I don't answer because it's a toll free number and they never leave a message, so why do they do that to their customers?

called 4 times today--calls at least 2 times each day

I am suppose to be on a do not call list for telemarketers. why are they calling?
