My caller ID shows: 316464676665. I assume it's actually 646-467-6665, but I certainly can't be sure. Frankly, I've never seen a caller ID such as that, unless I was being called from overseas, but even then I'd recognize the country codes, etc. I've received 6 calls today from this number. this person or persons have been harassing people all over the U.S. they keep calling and calling and saying this is a survey. if you say no they will keep calling. they can get through the dont call list and keep calling. Caller Company: no ones knows but they say its a survey Reply

Since the caller id shows Universal Survey Center, I'm assuming they want opinions on something but they don't talk when I answer and they don't leave a message when I don't. I've tried calling back several times to get them to take me off their call list but I get a constant busy signal.
